讲座详细内容：
 
1) The potential candidates will learn about the roles & responsibility of a financial advisor.

2) You will be asked to complete a career profile questionnaire (aptitude test) to find out whether it is the right timing for them to begin the career.

3) For those who are suitable, we will help them to enroll the LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) - cost around $250.00, which will be paid by the candidates.

4) You will have a designated trainer who assists them on passing the LLQP provincial exam by providing weekly review session with them at no cost. However, the exam itself will cost around $100, which is charged by the insurance council of BC.

5) After they passed the exam, Sun Life will be the sponsoring company to help them applying the license. The licensing fee is $225 per year. Then the managers will start initial training by doing joint call appointments with them.

6) After a few join call appointments, a 6-8 week comprehensive training will begin. This will cover the products, selling skills & computer training.

7) The candidates are also required to purchase a laptop computer with all the selling ideas & concepts already installed. However, Sun Life will pay the candidates $2000 when they sign the agreement with Sun Life, which is more than sufficient to cover all the costs, from LLQP registration, provincial exam , licensing fee & laptop !

8) Sun Life will also put aside $5,000 to subsidize the candidates. Any month (s) they earn less than $2,000, we will use the $5,000 to pay the shortfall and make it a $2,000/month minimum pay. Of course, once the $5,000 is exhausted, the candidate will be on his/her own.
